A beautiful viewpoint, Pagoda Point offers a resplendent sprawling view of Salem, the loop road, Kakambadi village and the Eastern Ghats. A spectacular greenhouse, its residents, include exotic species of flowers and plants. An enchanting sight especially during monsoons and winters, embark on a 2km trek through the forest with 200-250 steep steps to reach the falls and enjoy swimming or boating in the pristine waters.

5. Shevaroy Temple

Enveloped in mist and fog and perched at the highest point of Shevaroy hills at an altitude of 5,326 feet, it is a black dark cave temple dedicated to Lord Shevaroyan and Goddess Kaveri. Built by the native tribals, it is one of the holiest places that will engage you spiritually. The natives flock to the temple annually in May to celebrate their festival.
